We have warehouses overseas and prepare items for shipment as soon as we receive an order.
Our inventory is highly fluid, so it is possible that an item may be out of stock after you place an order.
In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or has a shipping defect, we will contact you by email.

① Regarding the period from order to delivery
◇Order process
Order → Confirm payment → Place order → Ship overseas → Ship domestically → Delivery
*If you order items with different delivery times, they will be shipped once all items are ready. If you would like them to be shipped in the order in which they are ready, please place separate orders.
*Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*Shipping may be delayed due to production delays at factories, delivery delays due to imports, busy warehouses, etc. Delivery may take longer in some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands.
*Both are based on business days. We do not accept orders or ship items on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Shipping delays may occur due to reasons such as a busy warehouse or delivery delays caused by the delivery company.
②About shipping
・Shipping fee
If you purchase over 12,000 yen (tax included), shipping is free nationwide.
(※ No additional charges will be incurred for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other remote islands.)
(※Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.)
・Delivery range
Delivery is only available within Japan.
・Unknown address/long-term absence
If you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a notice in your mailbox. Please collect your parcel within the storage period stated in the notice. If the storage period is exceeded or the address is unknown, the parcel will be returned to our shop.
Please note that returned items may not be able to be redelivered.
・About international shipping
Delivery is limited to within Japan. We cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas.
・About gift delivery
You can set your delivery address to a location other than your home address.
However, please note that an invoice with the amount written on it will always be attached.
Additionally, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
③ If you don't receive an order completion email
Depending on the device you use, the email may be automatically sorted into your spam folder or you may not receive it at all.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set "onlinestore.gem@gmail.com" as a designated domain for receiving emails.
If you still cannot log in, please use the inquiry form. Our staff will assist you in the order in which you can.
④About order cancellation
・Payment has been made by credit card, carrier payment, deferred payment (Paidy), PayPay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay → Cancellation is not possible
・Convenience store payment (KOMOJU) before payment → Cancellation possible
⑤Exchanges and returns
If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will either return it or exchange it for the same product.
(Exchanges are only available if stock is available.)
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns if we do not receive your contact within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.
If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product to inquire about the product's condition.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us with a photo of the defective part of the item and clearly state which option you would like.
After submitting your inquiry, we will send you an email reply, so please follow the instructions to proceed.
*Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
・Fraying, scratches, stains, improper thread ends, etc. in inconspicuous areas such as the lining ・Wrinkles or creases that can be repaired with an iron ・Order mistakes due to carelessness on the customer ・The color or size is different from what was expected ・Items that have been worn before going out ・Items that have been washed more than once ・Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Item tags, original boxes, etc. are missing → As a general rule, we cannot accept such requests, so please check carefully before ordering.

◇How to use
After you complete your order, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. This email will contain the "payment slip number" and "receipt number" required for payment, as well as instructions on how to pay at the convenience store. Please follow the instructions to pay at the convenience store. *Depending on the convenience store you use, it may take some time for your order to be delivered.
The name of our store's payment system, "KOMOJU Co., Ltd.", will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. Please confirm this.

Notes
A notification of purchase completion is generally sent within a few minutes to two hours after payment at a convenience store. However, this depends on the timing of the data sent from the ATM where the payment was made, so Degica Co., Ltd. cannot guarantee the time lag. Please consider this as a guideline only.
The payment slip number or payment acceptance number will become invalid two weeks after your order is completed.
Payments cannot exceed 300,000 yen.

This payment method can be used with just your email address and mobile phone number.
No prior registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, you pay once the following month. The amount you spend for that month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified by email and SMS .
