How to choose the right clothes for you (size guide)

Thanks for checking out our size guide!

The size guide includes:
①How to find the right size for you
②How to choose bottoms <br>We explain this so please use it as a reference when purchasing products!

1. Know the size that's right for you

STEP 1: Measure your body size

Shoulder width: Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip, passing through the bone (cervical point) that protrudes when you bend your neck forward.

Chest : Measure by placing the tape measure horizontally from just under your armpits to above your hip bones.

Sleeve length (shoulder to shoulder length) : With your arm naturally hanging down, press the inside of the arm from the base of your shoulder to the base of your elbow.

Keeping your elbow as the base point, extend your measurement to the base point of your wrist.

Length : Measure from the center back of the neck to the hem of the back body.

Waist : Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, level with your waist.

Inseam : Measure along the inner thigh seam from between the stitching at the crotch to the hem.

STEP 2 Check your clothing size

Check the clothing size listed in the product details on the product page.

Please refer to the image below for how to measure your clothing size.

STEP 3: Choose the right clothing size for you

After checking your body measurements and clothing sizes, choose clothes that fit you.

The key here is to choose clothes that fit you loosely rather than your body size.

A roomy size is a size that is larger than your body size and has some room to spare.

So how much room you need? This will vary depending on your body type and personal preferences, but here is a rough guide:

shoulder width

[Tops] 1-2cm

[Outerwear] 3-5cm

Chest

[Snug fit] 6cm to 8cm

[Moderate space] 9 to 11 cm

[Loose fit] 12-14cm

Bottoms

[Waist] 2cm to 4cm

[Hip] 3-5cm

Oversized clothing is in fashion these days, so it might be a good idea to choose clothing in your preferred size that is larger than a loose fit.

So far we have introduced how to choose the right size, but in reality, people's body shapes are all different, so we cannot say that everyone will be able to choose the right size even if they refer to the size guide.

It is important to be aware of your own body characteristics, such as your height, weight, and the balance between your upper and lower body, and to decide what to focus on when choosing a size.

Once you have carefully determined your size, try measuring yourself to see which size is most comfortable for you.

2. How to choose bottoms

We have received many questions from customers about how to choose bottoms when purchasing from online shops!

So I would like to give you a lecture on how to choose bottoms in the gem style. Please use it as a reference when purchasing bottoms!

*This is just a guide for choosing the right size, so it may not necessarily be the perfect size. We hope you will understand this before making your selection.

Tip: Choose your size based on your waist and length!

The key points to consider when choosing bottoms are your waist and the length of the bottoms .

First, find the item you want and find a size that is close to your waist size !

Please refer to the product details for size information.

In this case, it is better to look for a size that is a little looser as it will be more comfortable to wear, rather than a snug fit.

Next, once you find a size that is close to your waist size, check the length of the bottoms.

When it comes to the length of your bottoms, choose a size that is roomy based on the length of the bottoms you normally wear.

If you buy a long item, you can take it to a clothing repair shop or wear it with thick-soled shoes, so be sure to choose a size that is roomy and comfortable!

<Example questions>

Example: If I'm 178cm/60kg, which size should I choose, XL or L?

First, look at the waist size listed for XL and L on the item you want and see which size is closest to your waist.
Once you have checked, if the length of the size is not too short compared to the length of your foot, then there is a good chance that it is the right size for you.

*Please note that since sizes vary from person to person, even if you refer to these points, you may not be able to choose the perfect size. Please note that these are merely a guide to help you choose the right size.

*Please note that there are individual differences in foot thickness and bone structure, so even if you use this guide to choose your shoes, you may not be able to wear them. Please note that this guide is only a guide.

*As a general rule, we do not accommodate size changes after purchase.
